The former Real Housewives of Orange County star recently revealed that she is going to have her breast implants removed. They have been causing some serious health issues for the reality star, so she opted for major surgery instead of suffering.

She just gave fans a post-op update alongside an NSFW photo, but we’re glad she’s in recovery.
